Are all the sku’s completed and ready to ship immediately?
No. I import all the pieces to assemble most necklaces. The charms, jump rings, chains, etc. I will preassemble many pieces in preparation of any orders but I will need time to create and assemble certain items when you place your order. You should get your order within one week of your order.
Do I ship the orders?
No. I will hand deliver your order to your store.
Do I guarantee the pieces?
If your customer buys a piece and it fails within 7 days after your customers purchase, I will replace it. Please inform your customers to keep their receipt as that will be required. No receipt, no replacement. You need to contact me at nancy@ardrajewelry.com within 10 days of that purchase date.
