Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. Please email pictures of the damaged products, product information and invoice number to sales@ardrajewelry.com. We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If we have the appropriate stock, we will replace any damaged items. We will offer a full refund for items we are unable to replace. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. We will come to your store to pickup the damaged products or send you a shipping label to return the products.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
